VoltSafe Inc. has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mostar Labs to co-develop revolutionary mobile charging infrastructure for the next wave of electrified marine, defence, and water-based transportation systems.

Trevor Burgess, VoltSafe’s Co-Founder & CEO, stated, “This MOU sets out the framework for a strategic partnership to design and deliver revolutionary dual-use mobile charging infrastructure that meets the growing energy needs of electric boats, advanced marine systems, and novel defence solutions.”

This strategic partnership will combine VoltSafe’s patented prongless, magnetic connectors with Mostar’s Adaptive Power Management System (APMS) to build modular, grid-aware, and mobile charging stations. These intelligent systems will serve electric boats, advanced marine operations, and novel defence platforms, delivering clean, efficient, and safe energy access at the edge of innovation.

The partnership also includes a path to commercialization through potential licensing agreements, OEM integrations, and co-branded solutions tailored for both domestic and international markets.
