Designed for sea-farers, crewing managers, employers and recruiters, Crewdentials based out of Guernsey is transforming the way seafarer information is managed through innovative software solutions that centralize, verify, and automate crew credential management.
Born out of firsthand maritime frustrations, the Crewdential’s co-founders Dan Armsden, Ellen Armsden and James Benns wanted a way that ensures qualifications, certifications and essential data are consistently presented, easily accessible and up to date.

The team at Liz Jackson Yachting & Commercial Services are enhancing and simplifying the superyacht experience by creating bespoke and digital yachting logbooks, offering an intuitive solution for yacht data recording and compliance. Their digital logbooks are cyber-secure, flag-state compliant and are designed for seamless real-time data entry.
Catering to the unique needs of yachts and superyachts, the platform supports over 25 logbook types including bridge, engine, and garbage record books, all while adhering to IMO, MARPOL, and SOLAS standards.
MyRotat, based in Poland and founded by Tomasz Pańkowski, is a software solution designed to simplify and streamline crew rotation management, particularly for workers in rotational positions aboard yachts and commercial vessels. The platform offers both web and mobile applications that are synced to ensure the ease of managing schedules and calendars. This is especially useful for yacht crew members as the system automates the process of generating rotation calendars based on predefined filters and allows for easy manual adjustments.
In addition, the MyRotat platform includes features such as a knowledge base for crew training, notifications of crew gaps, as well as documentation management. The idea for the platform stemmed from Tomasz’s frustrations from his own experiences, aiming to address the unique challenges of this industry.

Active in the industry since 2018, Wolfgang simplifies cruise planning and contract management for yacht owners, brokers, captains and other stakeholders. Wolfgang’s proprietary system has a deep commitment to sustainability, setting itself apart by leveraging artificial intelligence to develop an environmental impact model for yachting.
Co-founded by Matthias du Verle and Anthony Flores, the software also offers services such as contract drafting, tax compliance and environmental impact assessments. Combining over two decades of maritime expertise, Wolfgang has recently expanded its offerings to marinas and shore professionals in accordance with their mission of further advancing greener yachting.
Charter Itinerary aims to streamline the management of charter operations through their software solutions by facilitating the creation of custom itineraries, yacht proposals, interactive guest preferences and booking management. Co-founded by Boris De Bel and Candice Christiansen in 2021, the Charter Itinerary software also includes tools for contract payment tracking, guest preference customisation and secure document sharing via a password-protected client space.
