iWarranty, the startup modernising warranty and after-sales operations in the marine industry and beyond, will take part in several major UAE innovation showcases this month, including Google Demo Day in Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, where it will exhibit in the Innovation Zone in collaboration with Yachting Ventures.
Operating from its base within the DIFC Innovation Hub, the startup is deepening its engagement in the region’s rapidly evolving technology and sustainability ecosystem.
Currently active in the UAE through the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First (MENA & Turkey), iWarranty is working alongside leading companies shaping the future of AI-driven infrastructure.
As part of this programme, the startup has developed its Agent-to-Agent (A2A) network – an AI-powered system built using Google’s latest LLMs, data tooling, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This partnership gives iWarranty a strong, globally credible technical foundation and clearly differentiates it from competitors still working with early-stage AI models.
The A2A system is the first of its kind: an intelligent, automated layer that replaces traditional, paper-based warranty and repair processes with real-time coordination across manufacturers, marinas, dealers, insurers, and service centres. By autonomously validating coverage, routing claims, approving repairs, analysing failures, and generating digital service histories, the platform significantly reduces administrative work while improving accuracy and speed across the entire after-sales workflow.
At the heart of the platform is an AI engine capable of converting unstructured field data (such as WhatsApp messages, technician notes, and repair photos) into structured insights that enhance operational decisions and long-term product quality. Early results show approximately 90% automation, enabling faster responses, lower manual effort, and more sustainable decisions across the product-care supply chain.
iWarranty will graduate from the Google for Startups Accelerator and present its A2A technology at Google Demo Day in Abu Dhabi on November 27.

Dubai’s long-term transformation strategies outline a future built on digital excellence, sustainability, and world-class service experiences. Achieving this vision requires intelligent, transparent and circular product lifecycles – where assets are maintained and repaired, not prematurely discarded.
iWarranty directly supports these ambitions by delivering a fully paperless, AI-driven warranty and repair infrastructure that makes repair-over-replacement the default. The platform provides lifecycle and sustainability data that strengthens Dubai’s circular economy goals, while also reducing operational costs and improving service performance for manufacturers and providers across the marine and wider product-care sectors. For residents and visitors, iWarranty enables a simpler, more consistent warranty experience aligned with the city’s focus on customer happiness.
“Dubai is building the world’s most advanced digital and sustainable economy,” said Ruby Pillai, Founder of iWarranty. “Our AI infrastructure enables manufacturers, dealers, and service providers to work together seamlessly – reducing waste, lowering costs, and improving the experience for every product owner.”
From its base in the DIFC Innovation Hub, iWarranty continues to collaborate with partners across the marine, insurance, retail, and government sectors as it scales its impact throughout the UAE and GCC.
iWarranty will exhibit in the Innovation Zone at the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, in collaboration with Yachting Ventures, from 20-23 November. This follows the company’s successful presence at the Dubai International Boat Show earlier this year, where it engaged with regional boatbuilders, distributors, service centres and industry partners.
Together, these events highlight iWarranty’s growing footprint across the UAE’s marine innovation ecosystem and its continued commitment to advancing digital and sustainable infrastructure across the region.
