SafetyRaft®, the single-person life raft developed by PSJ Safety Control BV, will be officially presented at boot Düsseldorf 2026, one of the world’s leading watersports trade shows. The company will exhibit together with its German distribution partner ELNA-Ferropilot, marking an important milestone in SafetyRaft®’s international market expansion.

SafetyRaft® was developed to address a long-standing gap in personal maritime safety. Following several years of research and development, the product introduces a deliberately simplified approach to emergency protection at sea.

Unlike conventional life rafts designed for group use, SafetyRaft® focuses on individual safety, offering a compact and lightweight solution that can be deployed quickly in critical situations.

The life raft is designed for sailors, yacht owners, and professional maritime users who require immediate and reliable protection in emergencies – without the space requirements or operational complexity of traditional safety equipment. In real-world conditions, conventional life rafts are often stowed away and difficult or impossible to access when they are most needed.

SafetyRaft® has therefore been designed to be easily accessible and positioned within immediate reach on board. Its compact form factor allows for easier integration on board, while the intuitive deployment mechanism supports use under high-stress conditions.

During boot Düsseldorf 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to experience SafetyRaft® up close, attend live demonstrations, and engage directly with the team behind the product.
