How ENVGO Raised $2M with the Help of Yachting Ventures

We’re thrilled to share that Canadian electric boat startup ENVGO has successfully raised $2M in a funding round led by Canadian VC firm Two Small Fish. Building a Brand That Attracts Investors

 

When ENVGO first approached us, they were preparing to launch their NV1 electric hydrofoiling boat. As a relatively unknown brand in the industry, they faced a common challenge: how to generate buzz, credibility, and investor interest ahead of fundraising.

Their LinkedIn following grew by 149%, adding an average of 125+ new followers per month, organically and without ad spend. Their content reached over 135,000 people, generating more than 6,000 engagements and driving genuine interest in the brand.

 

They were featured in over 15 publications including Futurride, Electrek, IBI, and Marine Industry News, which helped establish their credibility and spark conversation across the sector. Their monthly newsletter gained 500+ new subscribers, with high engagement from readers.

 

And most importantly? ENVGO closed a $2M round.
