iWarranty expands into U.S, bringing AI-driven efficiency to the marine industry

iWarranty, an AI-powered platform that simplifies warranty and repair management for the marine industry, has announced their expansion into the United States.

The milestone marks a new phase of growth for the company as it scales its intelligent after-sales infrastructure to support boat builders, dealerships, and service providers across North America.

Streamlining after-sales operations for the marine sector

iWarranty connects all key stakeholders in the marine value chain, from boat builders and dealers to owners and service providers, through a single, cloud-based platform. The system focuses on three core outcomes: simplifying warranty and repair management, improving user experience and workflow efficiency, and leveraging data to drive operational insight.

Marine businesses using iWarranty report up to 60–70% cost savings through process automation, standardized communication, and improved claim transparency. The platform’s intelligent tools enable faster response times, reduced administrative burden, and improved coordination between OEMs, dealers, and customers.

U.S. expansion and partnerships

As part of its U.S. market entry, iWarranty has established its first solutions partner in Boston and is engaging new customers across key boating regions, including Florida, where the team is meeting with prospective clients this week.

“We are super excited to be at IBEX to showcase how our AI-powered platform is revolutionizing warranty management to make it simple and efficient for the marine industry. The industry is a natural fit for our technology, and IBEX provides the perfect platform to connect with marine leaders and innovators.”

“IBEX is a critical step in our U.S. expansion. Our goal is to digitize warranty management in the marine industry to increase efficiency and sustainability, and we are confident that our presence at this premier technical trade event will help us build the partnerships necessary to achieve that goal.”

The company has also secured its first Fortune 500 client, marking a significant validation of its platform capabilities.

The expansion builds on iWarranty’s growing international presence which, together with clients in Europe and Asia-Pac, demonstrates the global capabilities and innovation in its platform – something evidenced by its selection to the Google AI First Accelerator and the MBRIF (Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund) program in Dubai.

Both programs have played a role in supporting iWarranty’s technology and growth strategy, while providing access to mentors and networks in the marine and technology sectors.

“Our participation programs like the Google AI First  Accelerator and the MBRIF program has been instrumental in refining our technology and global growth strategy.”

“These programs have given us access to incredible mentors and networks, allowing us to build a platform that truly addresses the complex challenges of after-sales service on a global scale.”

“The support has been invaluable. They’ve not only helped us refine our AI and machine learning capabilities but have also connected us with the right people to help us scale our vision of creating a sustainable warranty ecosystem.”

Innovation through AI and data

iWarranty continues to evolve its AI-driven capabilities to address the complex challenges of warranty and service management. The platform’s data-driven infrastructure enables predictive insights into product performance, maintenance scheduling, and warranty claim trends.

Looking ahead, iWarranty will introduce its Agent2Agent Infrastructure for Intelligent After-Sales in Q1 next year, extending automation and interoperability between global marine stakeholders. This system is designed to create an intelligent, connected network that reduces manual handling, accelerates claims, and improves transparency and accountability across all service tiers.

Recognition and momentum

Following its recent feature in New York Weekly, iWarranty is gaining visibility as a technology enabler within the blue economy. The company will also participate in the IBEX Pitch Competition on October 8 in Tampa, Florida, where it will present its model for transforming after-sales service through AI.

With its expanding client base and U.S. market footprint, iWarranty is preparing for its next fundraising round to support growth, product development, and strategic partnerships.

“Expanding into the U.S. is a significant milestone for iWarranty. The U.S. market is a key region for the marine industry, and we are eager to introduce our AI-driven platform to help boat builders and service providers improve their after-sales operations for owners and captains, drive new revenue, and reduce their environmental impact.”

“We believe iWarranty has the potential to manage and expand the lifespan of products  and our entry into the U.S. market allows us to bring our mission of creating a sustainable warranty ecosystem to a new and critical region, connecting manufacturers, repairers, and customers in a way that benefits everyone as well as our planet.”
