ARKHAUS, the Miami-based membership club on the water, has surpassed $1 million in its current funding round. The milestone reflects growing investor interest in the company’s plan to build a vertically integrated ecosystem spanning hospitality, transportation, and vessel manufacturing.
The investment will support the continued rollout of ARKHAUS Miami, the company’s first floating social club, alongside development of an all-electric water taxi service and expansion of its vessel production capabilities through Arkup, the sustainable vessel manufacturer it acquired in 2025.
ARKHAUS operates under The Ark Companies, an umbrella structure designed to capture value across several verticals in the maritime sector. The business comprises three core areas:
Together, these businesses form a platform for innovation in maritime sustainability. Vertical integration enables The Ark Companies to manage the full lifecycle of their offerings, from vessel design and manufacturing through to customer experiences on the water.
Pre-launch activity in Miami has already generated more than $800,000 in annual recurring revenue, with early memberships sold out to a cohort of entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives. Construction on the Miami fleet is underway, with vessels designed to operate entirely off-grid using solar-electric propulsion and sustainable technologies.
“Crossing the $1 million mark on Wefunder demonstrates clear confidence in our model and vision,” said Sam Payrovi, Co-Founder and CEO of ARKHAUS.
“We are building not just a hospitality venue, but an integrated maritime ecosystem that aligns with the global shift toward decarbonization.”

The Ark Companies’ strategy includes deploying ARKHAUS locations in additional coastal cities such as New York, San Francisco, and Newport Beach, as well as exploring opportunities abroad. Parallel to this, E-LIXR is targeting the $2 billion electric water taxi market, while Arkup continues to expand manufacturing capacity to meet demand.
By consolidating operations under one structure, The Ark Companies is creating a repeatable framework for sustainable maritime development in urban environments. The approach positions the group to scale quickly while retaining control over design, quality, and customer engagement.
The Wefunder campaign remains open to new investors as The Ark Companies advance toward their next stage of growth.
