Recently acquired by The Ark Companies, ARKUP now enters a transformative phase dedicated to elevating design, functionality, and manufacturing quality through partnerships with global industry leaders.

 

This acquisition enables ARKUP to integrate advanced solar-electric and off-grid technologies with new design and production standards that will set a benchmark for sustainable luxury yachting and marine innovation.

World-Class Collaboration with Pininfarina and Lyman-Morse

 

ARKUP, the Miami-based vessel manufacturer known for creating all-electric, livable floating yachts, has announced strategic partnerships with Pininfarina, the world-renowned Italian design studio, and Lyman-Morse, one of America’s premier boatbuilders.

 

Lyman-Morse, based in Maine, will take over production of the ARKUP 50 and future vessels. With nearly five decades of heritage in craftsmanship, new builds, and refits, the company merges tradition with innovation to deliver precision-built luxury yachts.

Pininfarina, known globally for its work with Ferrari, Maserati, and other legendary brands, will lead the interior and exterior redesign of ARKUP vessels. Bringing decades of expertise in automotive, architectural, and industrial design, the studio will shape the guest experience through innovative, sustainable, and elegant design solutions.

 

The collaboration will extend beyond the Villa 50 to explore future iterations, including the all-new Villa 75, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
